How to start Q Mobile into Recovery Mode?

Lost your screen lock password or you got any other problem but can't run factory reset???

Don't worry, just follow the steps below, and you will get through it!

Steps:

• switch off your mobile
• After switching it off, Hold both volume keys and power button together
• Now your android phone will start and you will be in recovery mode
• 
• use volume keys to go up n down in the menu and options key to get into other menu
• when you get to "Wipe data/factory reset", press option key
• there will be a series of No No No No and 1 Yes, select Yes and press the option key
• Ta daaa! its done, your smart phone is now as new as factory
