Falsa Sharbat



Ingredients:

1 kg Phalsa
2 cups Sugar
4 cups Water
1 tsp Black salt

Method:

Make 2 cups sugar syrup with 2 cup sugar and 2 cups water till thick, remove and keep aside, soak phalsy in 4 cups of water for 4 hours, now blend 2 or 3 times, then pass it through a fine sieve, discard the seeds, mix the juice and sugar syrup well.

Serve chilled with ice cubes and black salt.





Fresh Aalo Bukhara Drink


Ingredients:

Plum fruit 250 grams
Water 2 glasses
Black salt ½ tsp
Fried Cumin Seeds Powder ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar 4 tbsp
Ice As required
Mint Leaves As required
Method:
In a saucepan add 1 glass of water, ½ tsp black salt, 4 tbsp brown sugar and 25 grams plum fruit. Boil them.

When it comes to the second boiling point then turn off the flame, put the pot aside and peel of the skin of plum.

After this in a blender add ice as required, 1 glass of water, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp fried cumin powder. Blend it together.

In the end when all ingredients mixed well properly, pour into glasses and sprinkle with mint leaves.

Ready to serve.
